Plastic kit of the German World War II tank destroyer Sd.Kfz.173 Jagdpanther.

Jagdpanzer V Jagdpanther (Sd.Kfz.173) was a German heavy tank destroyer produced during World War II. Although it was a very high-quality type, which had effective armament, good mobility and armor protection, with only a few hundred units, it could not influence the situation on the front in any way. The Jagdpanther was assigned to heavy tank destroyer units. Most of the machines were received by Wehrmacht units, but a smaller number also served with the Waffen-SS. The first units armed with the Jagdpanther were schwere Panzerjäger Abteilung 559 and 654. The latter used several of them against the Western Allies in the battles in Normandy, but most of the machines produced fought on the Eastern Front. A total of 425 Jagdpanthers were produced
