The racing boat-style hull design has been modified to work well with the auto-turn function when capsizing. The engine's momentum is used in a completely new way to instantly turn the model. Double water cooling is installed for efficient heat removal from the engine and controller.
For children and beginners, the output can be reduced to 50%, or the model can be operated with a weaker 2S LiPo battery. The Disruptor is controlled by a simple Traxxas TQ RC kit, but equipped with precision mechanics for precise control.
The model can be supplemented with spare and tuning parts, including original accessories, such as a trailer for stylish transport.

New 4S drive
The Velineon VXL-4S Marine AC drive system is designed for maximum performance when powered by a single 4S LiPo battery. The all-new outrunner engine combines massive torque with high revs. Two water cooling systems are installed (separate circuit for engine and regulator).
Durable ABS hull
The 660 mm long hull is made of durable and lightweight ABS. It is designed to withstand impacts at high speeds. The construction includes reinforcing moldings for exceptional strength.
Stapleless cover
The top cover is attached to the hull with 4 quick release lock nuts. The Disruptor also includes a set of wing nuts for quick, tool-free installation and removal. Thanks to the foam seal, the cover fits and seals exactly.
Body foam padding
Integrated foam padding in the hull ensures that the boat stays afloat even in the event of a capsize. In addition to making the Disruptor virtually unsinkable, the foam padding adds extra rigidity.
Modular design
The motor, together with the electronic elements, is screwed to the mounting plate, which can be dismantled as a single unit by loosening the shaft and a few screws. No other boat offers such easy access.
Aluminum fittings and composite boat screw
The 6000 series high-strength aluminum rudder is blue anodized. The screws on the model are also made of stainless steel. Countless hours of testing prototypes and configurations resulted in a two-bladed composite boat propeller with the ideal balance of performance, efficiency and durability.
Trimming surfaces and stabilizers made of stainless steel
At the rear of the model, there are installed stainless steel trim plates, which are factory-set to the neutral position. By slightly bending them, you can experiment and change the driving characteristics for higher stability, more agile driving, etc.
Waterproof components

Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz transmitter
The model is controlled by a two-channel proportional transmitter Traxxas TQ, which works in the 2.4 GHz band (interference-free operation). The transmitter is powered by 4 AA cells. The status of the batteries in the transmitter is indicated by an LED. Reverse can be set on the transmitter on the throttle and steering channels.

Must be purchased
To operate the model, you need 4 AA cells (pencil batteries) to power the transmitter, a 2S-4S LiPo drive battery and a drive battery charger.
The model can be operated with a 4S LiPo battery (14.8 V). For children and beginners, the model can be operated with a weaker 3S LiPo battery (11.1 V) or a 2S LiPo battery (7.4 V).
The drive battery must be equipped with a Traxxas iD power connector, the recommended current carrying capacity of the drive battery is at least 25C.
