Plastic kit of the Swedish low-wing trainer Saab 91 Saphir.
Template information
The Saab 91 Safir is a Swedish single-engine trainer aircraft that first flew on 20 November 1945. The aircraft was produced in three-seat and four-seat variants, both by Saab in Linköping and under license by De Schelde in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Interestingly, experimental versions were also produced to test the swept wing for the Saab 29 and Saab 32 fighter aircraft at low speeds. The aircraft, which was produced from 1946 to 1966, was built in 323 units.
