Plastic kit of the Ford Zakspeed Capri Turbo racing car (1978).
Template information
The Ford Zakspeed Capri Turbo made its debut in the eighth race of the DRM (Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft) in Hockenheim in the summer of 1978. The racing special with its extremely low nose and striking livery successfully competed with the BMW 320 Turbo. The Ford Zakspeed Capri Turbo regularly fought in the leading group and won for the first time at the Nürburgring in October 1978. The following year it took second place in the first race in Zolder and then won the second race in Hockenheim.
