Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk is the world's first aircraft, which is designed using stealth technology. This aircraft was created for United States Air Force based on the knowledge and experience of Have Blue.
In 2006 it was decided on phasing out the aircraft from service in the coming years. At the end of this year, the squadron disbanded for the training and to determine the operational deployment of F-117th 12th March 2007 was the first crossing of the 6 pieces on the base of Tonopah, Nevada for long-term storage. The F-117 did not undergo conventional process of liquidation due to the confidentiality of certain components and technologies used. The process of closure of the F-117 was completed on schedule in October 2008.
