Product Description

Spalovací motor vyšší třídy o objemu 2.5 cm³ pro auta Traxxas. Motor TRX 2.5 R lze považovat za nástupce motoru TRX .15. Pro upgrade auta s motorem TRX .15 na TRX 2.5 R je potřeba konverzní sada TRA4400. Konverzní sada obsahuje lože motoru, přírubu výfuku ve tvaru písmenu U, silikonovou spojku mezi výfukem a tlumičem, kompozitový tlumič a sadu pák a táhel. Motor je dodáván se dvěma typy klikových hřídelí a dvěma typy vík klikové skříně. Při objednávce motoru je třeba sdělit, jakou klikovou hřídel vyžadujete. V případě nejasností nás neváhejte kontaktovat.

Typy klikových hřídelí

  • IPS kliková hřídel - používá se ve všech modelech vybavených motorem TRX 2.5 nebo TRX 2.5 R. Tento typ klikové hřídele lze doporučit pro všechny auta Traxxas. Navíc má kliková hřídel IPS oproti hřídeli Multi Shaft mnohem lepší mechanické vlastnosti při vysokých otáčkách.
  • Multi Shaft - používala se u některých starých modelů Traxxas, např. Nitro Vee, aniž by bylo třeba měnit lože motoru apod.

Typy zadních vík

Motory jsou dodávány s tahovým startérem, který lze v případě potřeby vyměnit za EZ-Start, nebo s uzavřeným zadním víkem. V případě uzavřeného zadního víka se motor startuje pomocí startovacího boxu pro RC auta, tj, pomocí setrvačníku.
