The proven RC car model Slash, which set the standard for all other 1:10 scale models, comes in a new version and loaded with new features! The 4x4 Slash is powered by a brushless motor and BL-2S controller to power 2S LiPo batteries. The brushless drive system brings more brutal acceleration, long life and increases the speed of the model up to 56 km/h. In addition, the model is factory-equipped with an Extreme Heavy Duty kit for high durability and an exclusive clip-free body clamping system.
The Slash's excellent engineering has been retained, including a modular chassis design, premium long-travel suspension geometry, friction clutch drivetrain, and front and rear differentials. With 4WD and AC drive, you'll experience countless hours of perfect handling and lightning-fast acceleration.
The controller with three driving modes guarantees fun for adults and children thanks to the possibility of limiting the power to 50%. Despite the increased speed and acceleration, compared to DC drive, affordable operation on 2S LiPo batteries is maintained. Control is provided by a TQ 2.4 GHz transmitter with precise steering mechanics. Of course, a wide range of tuning parts is available, including complete spare parts.

BL-2S AC drive
The BL-2s AC drive with a 3300rpm/V motor increases speed and acceleration by up to 60% compared to other DC motor drives. Improved efficiency, high-speed ball bearings and an internal cooling fan provide a long motor life with minimal maintenance.
Extreme Heavy Duty Kit Installed
The factory-installed Extreme Heavy Duty suspension and drivetrain kit is made from the most durable materials Traxxas uses.
Stapleless bodywork
The unique body mounting system using hooks in the wheel arches allows for quick and easy battery replacement, and the clean appearance of the model is not disturbed by the clips.
Modular chassis design
The modular design allows you to remove the entire front section by loosening 5 screws and the rear assembly by loosening 4 screws. In less than one minute you have full access for easy service and adjustment.
Chassis
The Slash 4X4 chassis features a long 324mm wheelbase for added stability, while offering nearly 72mm of ground clearance for off-road capability. Integrated side bolsters help absorb energy in a side impact.
Metal differentials
The new Slash features quality metal gear differentials that are fully prepared for AC power and even the upgrade to VLX-3S. Precision X-ring seals allow the differentials to be tuned for specific operating conditions by changing the fluid viscosity.
Long arm stroke
The long travel of the arms absorbs even sharp impacts and improves the handling of the model. It will have precise and fast steering response in every situation. Adjustable oil shock absorbers are used on the chassis for endless fun.
More durable suspension arms
In addition to the Extreme Heavy Duty kit, the model is also equipped with stronger suspension arms that are even more resistant to any impact.
Friction clutch
The friction clutch uses a special semi-metallic friction material and aluminum alloy pressure plates to dissipate heat and provide consistent traction control. The clutch slip intensity can be adjusted without disassembling the model.
Oil shock absorbers
Ultra Shock long-stroke oil-filled shock absorbers are designed to absorb every impact. Double X-ring seals ensure smooth operation without oil leakage. The characteristics of the shock absorbers can be changed by pre-tensioning the springs, or by replacing the springs with others, and the behavior of the shock absorbers can also be adjusted by changing the viscosity of the oil used.
Precision control
The front wheel steering mechanism is implemented by means of a Dula-Bell-Crank system, which ensures precise operation of the linkages to the wheels. The steering has an integrated servo-saver that absorbs shocks and protects the servo against overload.
Split-Spoke Wheels
The model is equipped with SCT Split-Spoke wheels with an imitation Beadlock ring with a diameter of 2.2/3". The driver is a 12 mm hexagon.

Power steering
The Traxxas servo 2056 6.2kg.cm standard size digital servo with DC motor and nylon gears has a torque of 6.2 kg.cm and a speed of 0.20 s/60°@ 6.0 V. The servo box is sealed for water resistance*.
3300kv brushless motor
The Traxxas 3300kv brushless motor provides the ideal affordable drive especially for 1:10 models with all the benefits of high performance, long life and minimal maintenance. The motor is equipped with a Quick Connect connector for easy connection. Other features include:

Electronic controller BL-2S
Waterproof* electronic BL-2S brushless controller with three driving modes, support for 2S LiPo batteries and easy control with the EZ-Set™ button. The controller is equipped with a training mode that limits full throttle to 50%. Thanks to this, novice drivers or children can gradually get acquainted with the characteristics of the model and prepare for the full power of the car. Thermal protection, protection against underdischarge of LiPo batteries, gold-plated connectors, simple operation, intuitive signaling with a two-color LED and a powerful radiator, which can be supplemented with an optional fan (not included in the package).
BL-2S controller modes
- Sport : Default mode, forward driving, braking and reverse driving are possible.
- Race : A mode suitable for racing. Forward and brake are possible; reverse is not available.
- Training : A mode suitable for children or novice riders. Forward travel is possible with a power limit of 50%, braking and reverse travel again with a power limit of 50%.
Traxxas TQ RC kit
The model is controlled by a Traxxas TQ two-channel proportional steering wheel RC transmitter, operating in the 2.4 GHz band - interference-free operation. The transmitter is powered by only 4 AA batteries.
There is a rotary knob on the transmitter that trims the steering (so that the model drives straight when the steering wheel is in the center position). The battery status in the transmitter is indicated by an LED. The transmitter can be set to reverse on the throttle and steering channels.
TQ receiver
Traxxas TQ 2.4 GHz three-channel receiver ensures safe control without interruptions. Easy one-button pairing. Status indication via LED diode.
