Send a questionPlastic kit of the Japanese WWII naval fighter aircraft Mitsubishi A6M2-K Zero Model 21. ProfiPACK edition in 1:48 scale.
Template information
At the beginning of World War II, the Japanese Zero outclassed any Allied aircraft on the Pacific battlefield. At the Battle of Midway, the Americans used their Wildcats in the F4F-4 version against the Zeros in the A6M2 version. Against them, the Zero still had the advantage of better maneuverability and climb rate, but the heavier Wildcat was faster in dive flight, had self-locking tanks and an armored cabin. In late 1942, a new version of the A6M3 with "truncated" tail arches appeared on the battlefield. However, new, more powerful and better armored aircraft, such as the Corsairs and Hellcats, gradually gained the upper hand.
