Tamiya XF-53 - Tamiya Acrylic Paint XF-53 Neutral Grey (10 ml)
Tamiya acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins. The paints can be applied with a brush or by spraying.
Tamiya acrylic paints are intended primarily for plastic modelers, but they can also be successfully used for surface treatment of polystyrene, wood and most common plastics.
These paints cover very well, are easy to apply and mix. The paint that has not yet dried can be easily washed off the base surface with clean water.
Additional information:
- Colors marked with the initial letter X create a glossy surface, while colors marked with the pair of letters XF are used when a surface with a matte effect is required.
- When applying Tamiya acrylic paints by spraying, Tamiya Acrylic Thinner X-20A (order no.: 79781030, 79781040, 79781520) is usually recommended for thinning.
- If you apply the paint with a brush, unwanted streaks may appear in the paint. This can be prevented by using Tamiya Paint Retarder (order no.: 79787114).
