Information about the prototype

The Škoda 1201 was a light utility vehicle manufactured from 1955 to 1961. It was a modernized successor to the light utility car of the mid-range Škoda 1200. The Škoda 1201 was produced in several body variants - four-door sedan, station wagon, van, pick-up, ambulance, or hearse. A total of 33,472 units were produced, with most of these vehicles exported. The maximum speed of this vehicle reached 90 km/h.
