Product information

Mr. Weathering Color Patinator is a professional oil-based product designed for washing, shading and depicting dirt texture on plastic models. The warm earthy shade Ground Brown is specially designed to faithfully simulate deposits of dried mud, soil, dust and general operational pollution, especially in wheel arches and on chassis of military and civilian vehicles.

The special formulation ensures that the patinator does not damage underlying acrylic paints or glossy varnishes. The product is applied directly to the model and the excess can be easily wiped off with a cotton swab or cloth moistened with the special Mr. Weathering Color Thinner after drying, giving the builder absolute control over the final effect.
