Traxxas TRA5148 - Traxxas - lithium grease
Lithium grease used for lubrication of radial and thrust bearings. The lithium grease can also be used for the lubrication of ball differentials and enclosed gears. Repels water and moisture, causing corrosion, has excellent antioxidant effects, wide operating temperature range, very good adhesion to the material and long-term mechanical stability. Before applying petroleum jelly is recommended to remove all previous grease, which may contain microscopic metal parts that arise normal wear and tear parts.
For the lubrication of differentials or parts that may come to an immediate contact with water (eg joints) are preferable silicone oil / grease.
