Template information

The Škoda 130 RS was a famous sports car, which in its time was referred to as the "Porsche of the East". The body frame came from a mass-produced Škoda 110 R, which was quickly modified with an internal protective frame, rear arm mounts and all kinds of floor reinforcements.

Thanks to the laminate on the fenders and the thin aluminum sheet that was used on the roof, the front end (with holes for the additional radiator), the outer door panels and the trunk lid, there was a significant lightening of the car. The engine volume was modified to 1,289 cc and its output was approximately 103 kW. The car won countless successes both on circuits and in rallies, and repeatedly dominated the World and European championships.
