Corrugator is a special product for the production of corrugated sheets. These sheets mimic the look of the real corrugated sheet commonly seen in construction and industry. This ingenious device allows you to easily and quickly produce corrugated sheet up to a width of 7.5 cm.

How does the curling product work?

The corrugator presses a thin metal foil to create a characteristic wavy pattern. By adjusting the position of the texturing rollers, you can achieve the appropriate scale for your project.

Use is simple:

1. Start by choosing a suitable material, the best results are always achieved with the use of flexible metal foils. These materials are pliable and ideal for achieving the desired ripple effect.
2. Adjust the position of the rollers to suit your chosen material.
3. Carefully insert the selected material, making sure it is properly aligned and centered.
4. By turning the wing nut, the Corrugator begins to create the desired pattern.
5. After completing the previous operation, you can trim and shape the corrugated sheet as needed.
