I. The administrator of your personal data is the company PECKA-MODELÁŘ s.r.o., with its registered office at Vajdova 1047/25, Prague 10, ID: 27114295, (hereinafter referred to as the " administrator ").

III. The administrator processes your personal data , which it obtains directly from you:
first and last name;
identification number, tax identification number;
delivery address (if personal collection of goods is not agreed);
telephone number;
electronic mail address (e-mail address).
IV. The administrator processes your personal data for these purposes
Your name, surname, identification number, tax identification number for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract with you and its fulfillment, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. keeping accounts, fulfilling obligations according to tax regulations) and protecting the rights and other important interests of the administrator (e.g. debt collection ), ); without this data it will not be possible to conclude a purchase contract with you,
delivery address for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (delivery of the shipment ordered by you); without this information, it will not be possible to deliver the goods to you,
telephone number for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (contacting in case of any problems with the shipment) - without this information, the administrator will not be able to contact you if necessary and
e-mail address for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (for the purpose of sending a confirmation of receipt of your order) - without this information, the administrator will not be able to accept the receipt of your order.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract, the legitimate interests of the administrator and the fulfillment of legal requirements.
All the personal data mentioned above are therefore a requirement for the proper performance of the concluded purchase contract.
V. Processes or has access to your personal data
administrator,
administrator staff,
transport company (if the goods are delivered to you via a transport company),
entities providing the administrator with legal and accounting services,
the entity managing the administrator's accounting system a
managing entity for website administrators (e-shop).
Your personal data will not be transferred by the administrator or other recipients to a country that is not a member state of the European Union or to an international organization. The exception is cases where you require the ordered goods to be delivered to a country that is not a member state of the European Union - then the transfer of personal data to this country is the obligation of the administrator resulting from the contract concluded with you in terms of the obligation of the administrator to properly fulfill the contract.
The administrator declares that there is no automated decision-making, including profiling, in relation to your personal data.
VI. The processing of your personal data is carried out by the controller at its headquarters, its establishments and branches. Your personal data is processed manually and by computer (PC).
In order to ensure the security of your personal data, the administrator has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g. measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to your personal data, their change, destruction or loss, as well as other misuse of your personal data).
All entities to which your personal data may be made available respect your right to privacy and are obliged to act in accordance with the protection of your personal data.
VII. For the purposes of the purchase contract , your personal data is generally recorded for a period of 3 years from the due date of payment of the purchase price. After the expiration of this period, the controller may process them for the purposes of protecting its legitimate interests (e.g. debt collection) and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. § 31 of Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting, or § 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. , on value added tax).
VIII. Your rights
Right of access to personal data
You have the right to obtain confirmation from the administrator as to whether he is processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to access them and obtain, for example, information,
which your personal data is processed by the administrator,
for what purposes the administrator processes your personal data and for how long,
to whom your personal data is made available, or instructions about your rights.
The administrator will always comply with your request free of charge. Only if you repeat the requests, for example, your requests will not be granted or you will have to pay a fee for processing them.
The right to correct personal data
You have the right to correct your inaccurate personal data and complete your incomplete personal data.
The right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to delete your personal data, for example, when the administrator no longer needs it, you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data and the administrator will not need it for other purposes, or you file a successful objection to the processing of your personal data (see letter f) below).
The right to restrict the processing of personal data
You have the right that the administrator does not process your personal data for a limited period of time, e.g. in the following cases:
for the time required for the administrator to verify the accuracy of your personal data, if you dispute its accuracy;
the controller no longer needs to process your personal data, but you decide that you require it to process it, e.g. to protect your rights;
for the period of verification of the legitimacy of your objection to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of the administrator's legitimate interests (see letter f) below).
The right to portability of personal data
You have the right to have the administrator transfer your personal data obtained from you if they are processed automatically in electronic form.
The right to object to processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
if the controller processes them on the basis of its legitimate interests (the controller may not always comply with this objection) and
if the administrator processes them for the purposes of promoting its goods or services (the administrator always complies with this objection).
The right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data by the administrator with the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is located at the address Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (more at www.uoou.cz). You can file a complaint, for example, if you believe that the administrator is processing your personal data in violation of the law.
