Statement on personal data processing

I. The controller of your personal data is the company PECKA-MODELÁŘ sro, with its registered office at Stoupající 798/20, Prosek, 19000 Praha 9, Company ID: 27114295, (hereinafter referred to as the " Controller ").

II. Contact details for the administrator: Zlatnická 4, 110 00 Prague 1; e-mail: objednavky@peckamodel.cz; tel.: 774 590 258.

III. The Administrator processes the following personal data of yours , which he obtains directly from you:

  • first and last name;

  • identification number, tax identification number;

  • delivery address (if personal collection of goods is not agreed);

  • telephone number;

  • electronic mail address (email address).

IV. The Administrator processes your personal data for these purposes

  • Your name, surname, identification number, tax identification number for the purposes of concluding a purchase contract with you and its performance, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. keeping accounts, fulfilling obligations under tax regulations) and protecting the rights and other important interests of the administrator (e.g. debt collection), ); without this data it will not be possible to conclude a purchase contract with you,

  • delivery address for the purposes of fulfilling the contract (delivery of the shipment you ordered); without this information it will not be possible to deliver the goods to you,

  • telephone number for the purposes of fulfilling the contract (contact in case of any problems with the shipment) - without this information, the administrator will not be able to contact you if necessary, and

  • e-mail address for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (for the purpose of sending confirmation of receipt of your order) - without this information, the administrator will not be able to accept receipt of your order.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of the contract, the legitimate interests of the controller and compliance with legal requirements.

All of the above personal data is a requirement for the proper performance of the concluded purchase contract.

V. Processes or has access to your personal data

  • administrator,

  • administrator's staff,

  • transport company (if the goods are delivered to you via a transport company),

  • entities providing legal and accounting services to the administrator,

  • the entity managing the administrator's accounting system and

  • entity managing the website (e-shop) administrator.

Your personal data will not be transferred by the controller or other recipients to a state that is not a member state of the European Union or to an international organization. The exception is cases where you request that the ordered goods be delivered to a state that is not a member state of the European Union - then the transfer of personal data to this state is the controller's obligation arising from the contract concluded with you in the sense of the controller's obligation to properly fulfill the contract.

The Administrator declares that no automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place in relation to your personal data.

VI. The controller processes your personal data at its registered office, its premises and branches. Your personal data is processed manually and by computer technology (PC).

For the purpose of the security of your personal data, the controller has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g. measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to your personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, as well as other misuse of your personal data).

All entities to which your personal data may be disclosed respect your right to privacy and are obliged to act in accordance with the protection of your personal data.

VII. For the purposes of the purchase contract , your personal data are generally recorded for a period of 3 years from the due date of payment of the purchase price. After this period, the controller may process them for the purposes of protecting its legitimate interests (e.g. debt collection) and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. Section 31 of Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting, or Section 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax).

VIII. Your rights

  1. Right to access personal data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not they are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to access them and obtain, for example, information about:

  • which your personal data is processed by the controller,

  • for what purposes does the administrator process your personal data and for how long,

  • to whom your personal data is disclosed, or information about your rights.

The administrator will always grant your request free of charge. Only if you repeat your requests, for example, will your requests not be granted or will you have to pay a fee for processing them.

  1. Right to rectification of personal data

You have the right to have your inaccurate personal data corrected and your incomplete personal data completed.

  1. Right to erasure of personal data

You have the right to have your personal data erased, for example, when the controller no longer needs it, you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and the controller no longer needs it for other purposes, or you successfully object to the processing of your personal data (see letter f) below).

  1. Right to restriction of processing of personal data

You have the right to request that the controller not process your personal data for a limited period of time, e.g. in the following cases:

  • for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of your personal data if you dispute its accuracy;

  • the controller no longer needs to process your personal data, but you decide that you require it to be processed, e.g. to protect your rights;

  • for the period of verification of the legitimacy of your objection to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of the controller's legitimate interests (see letter f) below).

  1. Right to data portability

You have the right to have the controller provide you with your personal data that he has obtained from you, if they are processed automatically in electronic form.

  1. Right to object to processing

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,

  • if the controller processes them based on its legitimate interests (the controller may not always comply with this objection) and

  • if the administrator processes them for the purposes of promoting its goods or services (the administrator will always comply with this objection).

  1. Right to file a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data by the controller with the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (more at www.uoou.cz). You can file a complaint, for example, if you believe that the controller is processing your personal data in violation of legal regulations.
