The all-road RC model Arrma Infraction Grom brings legendary power and wild character of the INFRACTION model into a smaller and more affordable package. J This is the first on-road model from ARRMA on the GROM platform designed for fast driving, spectacular drifts, and a hefty portion of fun on asphalt or other smooth surfaces. The PowerGuard technology allows usage for both beginners and experienced drivers, ranging from slower speeds (48 km/h) to a maximum speed of 80 km/h. The new chassis is durable and features independent suspension, 3 differentials, and a brushless motor with tremendous power. Thanks to its compact size, you can easily take the model in your backpack and drive it in various places. Everything you need is included in the package, including the transmitter, a 3S LiPo battery, and a USB-C charger.
The PowerGuard technology allows driving at a wide range of speeds according to the driver's experience and extends driving time. You no longer need a weaker 2S LiPo battery for a calmer ride and a more powerful 3S LiPo battery for full power. With PowerGuard, you only need the included 3S LiPo battery, and in the basic "Adrenaline" mode, you can reach speeds of up to 48 km/h and a driving time of up to 18 minutes. If that's too much, for example for children, you can also reduce the throttle limit on the transmitter to 75% or 50% for speeds of 24 km/h and 28 minutes of operation. Conversely, if you have already sufficiently trained your driving skills, activate the "Chaos" mode by inserting the included PowerKey into the controller, unlocking full power and speed of up to 80 km/h. (The PowerKey serves as a safety lock and can easily activate the Chaos mode when inserted.)
The RC car model Infraction Grom includes a special electronic drive stabilization function (DSC) in the control unit, which automatically makes steering corrections for a smooth ride in drifts, easier driving at higher speeds, and on less adhesive terrains. The DSC stabilization features 4 modes according to the level of assistance, including an option to turn it off.
Beneath its attractive body lies a robust construction designed for tough treatment. The enclosed all-wheel drive 4×4 protects the gears from dirt. The sealed center differential with a metal main gear ensures reliable power transfer, while easily accessible front and rear differentials make maintenance easier. The durable composite chassis is complemented by front and rear bumpers that help withstand common impacts while driving. The independent suspension of all wheels with double A-arms and oil-filled shocks keeps the low-mounted chassis stable even in fast corners. Aluminum wheel hubs with a diameter of 12 mm are ready to withstand repeated loading during rapid starts.
Powerful Boots Hoons tires in white provide grip and controlled drifts, designed for driving on solid surfaces. The quick-release body without clips allows easy access to the chassis and rapid battery replacement between rides. Forget complicated fastening straps – the practical SmartFit system utilizes a snap-fit battery attachment.
Stability Control (DSC)
An exclusive feature is the dynamic driving stabilization included in the Spektrum control unit. This utilizes integrated sensors to make steering corrections for easier control. The intensity of stabilization can be conveniently changed via the transmitter in four modes.

Powerful first all-road Grom
The compact ARRMA INFRACTION GROM 3S BLX in 1:12 scale brings real fun with a model to the GROM platform for the first time. It is made for fast driving, spectacular drifts, and wild passes in parking lots, driveways, and other flat surfaces. The powerful brushless drive 3S achieves speeds over 80 km/h and offers a hefty portion of road fun.
Chassis
The chassis of the model is low; the center of gravity is close to the ground, thus providing the best stability. For durability, a composite molding is used. Raised side panels and upper covers of the center differential create a compact and sturdy block.
3 Differentials
Power from the brushless motor is transmitted to the center differential filled with oil with a viscosity of 500 cSt and further to the axle differentials filled with 20 cSt oil. This ensures an optimal slip and traction ratio for excellent driving characteristics. Reliable power transfer is ensured by metal gears. Subsequently, the power is transmitted through metal drive shafts to all wheels.
Drive Train
The drive train is enclosed to keep out dirt. Smooth power transfer is ensured by using ball bearings in all rotating parts.
Oil Shocks
For brutal driving, the model is equipped with high-quality shocks and oil filling, which prevents oscillation over uneven surfaces. The shocks are mounted more horizontally than in racing-oriented platforms.
Battery Attachment
The standardized Spektrum battery size allows quick attachment of the battery using a latch. The battery holds securely and is easy to replace.
Infraction Body
The iconic aggressive look of the Infraction body is embodied in this model, creating a popular car appearance. Roof rails and an internal frame are installed to prevent damage in case of rollovers.
Clipless Body
The body can be quickly and securely attached to the chassis. To remove the battery, simply press the latches on the underside of the model.
Belted Tires
High-performance tires with an integrated belt prevent ballooning and provide the necessary grip and stability for spectacular smoke-filled drifts as well as for fast rides on asphalt.
Car Steering
For reliable steering, a Spektrum™ SX114 servo with a 20T output spline and metal gears is installed, ensuring high durability even in the event of a collision.
Car Drive Unit
On the right side of the chassis lies the drive unit consisting of a Firma 2838 4350 kV motor and an integrated 40A receiver. Both components are effectively cooled by a fan. The Spektrum unit allows extensive settings – such as driving mode, cutoff voltage, acceleration, brake intensity, timing, and others (settings are made using a button and indicator LED). In case of using another RC system, the unit can also be used as a controller.
Spektrum SLT2 2.4 GHz Transmitter
The 2-channel Spektrum SLT2 transmitter has the ideal size for all drivers. It can teach you how to safely control the model while limiting the maximum speed of the car to 50% or 75%, until you are ready for full power. The transmitter includes additional switches – trim, throw, and reverse. The package includes 4 AA batteries for the transmitter.
SMART Charging
The powerful Spektrum Smart 3S LiPo battery with an IC2 connector has a capacity of 1300 mAh for longer runs. When it's time to recharge, just plug it into the practical Spektrum Smart G2 S22 MINI USB-C charger. Safe charging starts and stops automatically; no settings are necessary.
