The all-road RC model Arrma Infraction Grom brings the legendary power and wild character of the INFRACTION model into a smaller and more affordable package.This is the first road model from ARRMA on the GROM platform designed for fast driving, stunning drifts, and a solid dose of fun on asphalt or other flat surfaces. The PowerGuard technology allows use for beginners as well as experienced users, from slower speeds (48 km/h) to a top speed of 80 km/h. The new chassis is durable and features independent suspension, 3 differentials, and a brushless motor with impressive power. Thanks to its compact size, you can easily take the model in a backpack to drive in various locations. Everything needed is included in the package, including a transmitter, a 3S LiPo drive battery, and a USB-C charger.
PowerGuard technology allows driving across a full range of speeds depending on the driver's experience and extends driving time. You no longer need a weaker 2S LiPo battery for calmer driving and a more powerful 3S LiPo battery for full power. With PowerGuard, you only need the included 3S LiPo battery, and in the basic "Adrenaline" mode, you can access speeds up to 48 km/h and a run time of up to 18 minutes. If that’s too fast, for example for children, you can lower the throttle limit on the transmitter to 75% or 50% for speeds of 24 km/h and 28 minutes of operation. Conversely, if you have already trained your driving skills sufficiently, activate "Chaos" mode by inserting the included PowerKey into the controller to unlock full power and speeds up to 80 km/h. (The PowerKey serves as a safeguard and can easily activate Chaos mode by insertion.)
The RC car model Infraction Grom has an integrated special electronic stability control feature DSC, which automatically makes steering corrections for smooth driving in drifts, easier handling at higher speeds, and on less grippy terrains. DSC stabilization has 4 modes depending on the level of assistance, including the option to turn it off.
Beneath the attractive body lies a robust construction designed for rough handling. A closed all-wheel drive 4×4 protects the gears from dirt. The sealed center differential with a metal spur gear ensures reliable power transfer, while easily accessible front and rear differentials simplify maintenance. A durable composite chassis is complemented by front and rear bumpers that help manage typical impacts during driving. The independent suspension of all wheels with double A-arms and oil-filled shock absorbers keeps the low-lying chassis stable even in fast corners. Aluminum wheel hubs with a diameter of 12 mm are ready to withstand repeated loads during hard starts.
Strong grip and controlled drifts are provided by the powerful Boots Hoons tires in white, designed for use on sealed surfaces. The quick-release body without pins allows easy access to the chassis and fast battery changes between runs. Forget complicated fastening straps – the practical SmartFit system uses a snap-in battery attachment.
Drive Stabilization (DSC)
An exclusive feature is the dynamic drive stabilization included in the Spektrum controller. It makes steering corrections for easier handling using integrated sensors. The stabilization intensity can be conveniently adjusted via the transmitter in four modes.

Powerful First All-Road Grom
The compact ARRMA INFRACTION GROM 3S BLX in 1:12 scale brings real fun with the model to the GROM platform for the first time. It is designed for fast driving, stunning drifts, and wild runs in parking lots, driveways, and other flat surfaces. The powerful 3S brushless drive achieves speeds over 80 km/h and delivers a solid dose of road fun.
Chassis
The model's chassis is low; the center of gravity is close to the ground, giving it the best stability. Composite molding is used for durability. The raised sidewalls and upper covers of the differentials with the center shaft cover create a compact and strong block.
3 Differentials
The power from the brushless motor is transmitted to the center differential filled with oil of 500 cSt viscosity, and then to the axle differentials with oil of 20 cSt. This guarantees an optimal slip rate and grip for excellent driving characteristics. Metal gears are used for reliable power transfer. Subsequently, the power is transmitted through metal drive shafts to all wheels.
Powertrain
The powertrain is enclosed to prevent dirt ingress. Smooth power transfer is ensured by ball bearings used in all rotating parts.
Oil Shock Absorbers
For brutal driving, the model is equipped with high-quality shock absorbers and oil filling that prevents bouncing on uneven surfaces. The shocks are mounted more horizontally than on racing platforms.
Battery Attachment
The standardized size of the Spektrum battery allows for quick attachment using a latch. The battery holds securely, and its replacement is easy.
Infraction Body
The iconic aggressive look of the Infraction body is embodied in this model, creating a popular car appearance. Roof rails and an internal frame are installed to protect against damage during flipping.
Pinless Body
The body easily, quickly, and securely attaches to the chassis. To remove the battery, simply press the latches on the bottom of the model.
Belted Tires
High-performance tires with an integrated belt prevent bulging and provide necessary grip and stability during dramatic drifts filled with smoke and during fast runs on asphalt.
Car Steering
For reliable steering, the Spektrum™ SX114 steering servo with a 20T output spline and metal gears is installed, ensuring high durability even in case of impact.
Car Power Unit
On the right side of the chassis is the power unit, consisting of the Firma 2838 4350 kV motor and an integrated 40 A speed controller with a receiver. Both components are effectively cooled by a fan. The Spektrum unit allows extensive settings – such as driving mode, cutoff voltage, acceleration, brake intensity, timing, and more(settings are performed using a button and an indicator LED). If you use another RC system, the unit can also be used as a controller.
Spektrum SLT2 2.4 GHz Transmitter
The 2-channel Spektrum SLT2 transmitter is the ideal size for all drivers. It can teach you to control the model safely while limiting the maximum speed of the car to 50% or 75% until you're ready for full power. The transmitter features additional switches – trim, throw, and reverse. The package includes 4 AA batteries for the transmitter.
SMART Charging
The powerful Spektrum Smart 3S LiPo battery with an IC2 connector has a capacity of 1300 mAh for longer runs. When it’s time to recharge, simply plug it into the convenient Spektrum Smart G2 S22 MINI USB-C charger. Safe charging starts and stops automatically; no settings are needed.
