The all-road RC model Arrma Infraction Grom brings legendary power and wild character of the INFRACTION model into a smaller, more affordable package. It is the first road model from ARRMA on the GROM platform designed for fast driving, spectacular drifts, and a good dose of fun on asphalt or other flat surfaces. The PowerGuard technology enables use for beginners and experienced users, from slower speeds (48 km/h) to a maximum of 80 km/h. The new chassis is sturdy and includes independent suspension, 3 differentials, and a brushless motor with impressive power. Thanks to its compact size, you can easily take the model in your backpack and drive it at various locations. Everything needed is included in the package, including the transmitter, 3S LiPo battery, and USB-C charger.
The technology PowerGuard enables driving at a full spectrum of speeds according to the driver's experience and extends driving time. You no longer need a weaker 2S LiPo battery for calmer driving and a more powerful 3S LiPo battery for full performance. With PowerGuard, you only need the included 3S LiPo battery, and in the basic "Adrenalin" mode, you have access to speeds of up to 48 km/h and driving times of up to 18 minutes. If that's too fast, for example, for kids, you can still reduce the throttle limit on the transmitter to 75% or 50% for speeds of 24 km/h and 28 minutes of operation. Conversely, if you have trained your driving skills sufficiently, activate "Chaos" mode by inserting the included PowerKey into the controller, unlocking full power and speeds of up to 80 km/h. (The PowerKey acts as a safety feature, and inserting it easily activates the Chaos mode.)
The RC model car Infraction Grom has a built-in special electronic stability control DSC, which automatically performs steering corrections for smooth driving in slides, easier handling at high speeds, and on less adhesive surfaces. The DSC stabilization includes 4 modes depending on the level of assistance, including the option to turn it off.
Under the attractive body lies a robust construction designed for rough handling. The closed 4WD protects the gears from dirt. The sealed center differential with a metal main gear ensures reliable power transfer, while the easily accessible front and rear differentials facilitate maintenance. A durable composite chassis is complemented by front and rear bumpers that help absorb common impacts while driving. The independent suspension on all four wheels with double A-arms and oil-filled shocks keeps the low-mounted chassis stable even in fast turns. Aluminum wheel hubs with a diameter of 12 mm are ready to withstand repeated loads during rapid starts.
Grip and controlled drifts are ensured by the high-performance Boots Hoons tires in white, designed for driving on solid surfaces. The quick-release body without clips allows easy access to the chassis and quick battery changes between runs. Forget complicated fastening straps – the practical system SmartFit uses snap-in battery mounting.
Driving Stability (DSC)
An exclusive feature is the dynamic driving stability contained in the Spektrum controller. It uses integrated sensors to make steering corrections for easier handling. The intensity of the stabilization can be easily changed using the transmitter in four modes.

Powerful first all-road Grom
Compact ARRMA INFRACTION GROM 3S BLX in 1:12 scale brings real fun to the GROM platform for the first time. It is made for fast driving, spectacular drifts, and wild rides in parking lots, driveways, and other flat surfaces. The powerful 3S brushless drive reaches speeds over 80 km/h and delivers a substantial amount of road fun.
Chassis
The chassis of the model is low; the center of gravity is close to the ground, which provides the best stability. For durability, a composite casting is used. Raised sidewalls and upper covers of the differentials with a center shaft cover form a compact and solid block.
3 Differentials
Power from the brushless motor is transferred to the center differential filled with oil with a viscosity of 500 cSt, and further to the axle differentials filled with oil 20 cSt. This guarantees an optimal slip rate and traction for excellent driving characteristics. Metal gears are used for assured power transfer. Subsequently, power is transmitted through steel drive shafts to all wheels.
Drive Train
The drive train is closed to prevent dirt from entering. Smooth power transfer is assured by using ball bearings in all rotating parts.
Oil Shocks
For brutal driving, the model is equipped with high-quality shocks and oil filling that prevents oscillation on uneven surfaces. The shocks are mounted more horizontally than on racing platforms.
Battery Mounting
The standardized Spektrum battery size allows for quick battery attachment using a latch. The battery holds securely, and its replacement is easy.
Infraction Body
The iconic aggressive look of the Infraction body is embodied in this model, creating a popular car appearance. To protect against damage from overturning, roof rails and an internal frame are installed.
Clipless Body
The body easily, quickly, and safely snaps onto the chassis. To remove the battery, just press the latches on the bottom of the model.
Belted Tires
High-performance tires with an integrated belt prevent ballooning and provide the necessary grip and stability for spectacular smoke-filled drifts as well as fast driving on asphalt.
Car Steering
For reliable steering, a Spektrum™ SX114 steering servo with a 20T output spline and metal gears is installed, ensuring high durability even in case of an impact.
Car Power Unit
The power unit is located on the right side of the chassis, consisting of a Firma 2838 4350 kV motor and an integrated 40A ESC with a receiver. Both components are effectively cooled by a fan. The Spektrum unit allows extensive adjustments – such as driving mode, cutoff voltage, acceleration, brake intensity, timing, and more(settings are made using a button and indicator LED). If using another RC system, the unit can also be used as an ESC.
Spektrum SLT2 2.4 GHz Transmitter
The 2-channel Spektrum SLT2 transmitter is the perfect size for all drivers. It can teach you to control the model safely by limiting the maximum speed of the car to 50% or 75% until you are ready for full power. The transmitter includes additional switches – trim, throttle, and reversing. The package includes 4 AA batteries for the transmitter.
SMART Charging
The powerful Spektrum Smart 3S LiPo battery with an IC2 connector has a capacity of 1300 mAh for longer driving. When it's time to recharge, just plug it into the practical USB-C Spektrum Smart G2 S22 MINI charger. Safe charging starts and stops automatically; no settings are required.
