The SEPECAT Jaguar tactical aircraft was a joint British-French project and became one of the RAF's most important combat aircraft during the Cold War. It was designed for rapid penetration at extremely low altitudes, hidden from enemy radar, from where it could carry out surgically precise strikes on ground targets. It featured an uncompromisingly robust high landing gear designed to operate from damaged or unpaved runways in Western Europe.

This premium Die-Cast model reproduces in minute detail the aircraft with the designation XX963/AL from the time when No. 14 Squadron operated as part of the RAF Germany forces to protect NATO airspace. The model bears the authentic British green-grey camouflage camouflage from 1976 and accurate pad printing of all markings. Collectors highly appreciate this particular machine for its later incredible story, consisting of an accidental downing by its own Sidewinder missile.
