The Gloster Meteor F.8 was the most powerful and technologically advanced fighter version of this famous aircraft, which formed the backbone of the RAF's fighter fleet at the beginning of the Cold War. Compared to older versions, the eight featured a longer fuselage, a completely redesigned tail section for better stability, a pressurized cockpit and, most importantly, the newly introduced Martin-Baker ejection seat, which significantly increased the pilots' chances of survival in the event of an accident.

This exclusive Die-Cast model reproduces in detail the WH480 passenger aircraft codenamed "M" from the time when No. 41 Squadron under the command of John "Dusty" Miller guarded the airspace over London from the famous Biggin Hill base. The model faithfully captures the aluminum paint of the time, complemented by very attractive, brightly colored red and white identification stripes on the fuselage and engine nacelles, making this model a visual gem of any collection.
