Tamiya - Weathering Stick (snow) - 87082
These "sticks" are a somewhere between a grease pencil and a pastel in terms of texture. They are great for weathering your projects. Just apply like using a marker where needed. They work great on uniforms. Also, they were originally made for plastic models so they work great on plastic items like web gear, weapons, etc.
