Superior waterproof (meets American ANSI / HPVA Type II) quick dispersion adhesive with high strength for bonding wood. Titebond II Premium is non-toxic, solvent-free adhesive. After curing, translucent, yellowish, easy to sand. It is suitable for bonding wood for indoor and outdoor use.
When using the modeling ensures high resistance joints wooden structure against moisture. Easily applied directly from the application attachment to the bottle, as well as a brush, roller or trowel. With the "open time for bonding" for 5 minutes at room temperature (i.e., the time when it was still on the surface of the adhesive layer there is no lowering of the dry adhesive bond strength) is suitable for bonding of structural skeleton classical models of all kinds - ideal for bonding rigid covers aircraft models. Working while going nicely by the hand, because the adhesive dries it is "just right" - neither too fast nor too slow, you do not have to deal with constantly measuring and mixing as epoxies or solve breathing vapor superglues drádících your airways and wife.
The adhesive starts to gel after 10-15 minutes, the joint has sufficient strength for handling after about 30-60 minutes. Full curing of the adhesive occurs after 24 h
The temperature during bonding should not drop below 13 ° C, stored at temperatures below 25 ° C, do not expose to frost.
The bottle is provided with a telescopic extension application, which is releasable so as to allow easy removal of the adhesive as required.
Prior to curing, excess adhesive can be easily cleaned with water or wipe off with a damp cloth.

Upon curing of the adhesive, the resulting three-layer plywood cut into specimens with dimensions of 2x5" (approx. 5x13 cm). After the 4 hours soaked in water, then dried 19 h in an oven at 120 ° F (49 ° C). This cycle was repeated twice more. The test pieces are not spontaneously undo, but the strength of the joint is tested.
